Michelle and her team at Coastal Links Group were top notch selling my home in the Grand Strand. They were able to get my home sold fast and for the highest amount possible, while taking the time and care to walk me through the many offers so I could carefully select the right one. All this while I was many states away. If you want your home SOLD, use the most professional team here at the Beach, call Michelle!

Not terribly motivated, but the people she works with are good. If you know what you are doing, she will be fine. She's just not much of a go-getter. Definitely not an aggressive seller.

You could not ask for a better realtor. We have used Michelle to sell two houses, sell a lot, and buy a house. She answers all my texts, listens to what I needed, and knows everything real estate. We moved out of town and were devastated we couldn’t have Michelle to buy our next house.

Before moving cross country from AZ to SC, we needed to do some research on a real estate agent. We found Michell Rabon and I must say, I am so happy we found her and went with her as our agent! She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Our Family has never been to South Carolina, nor familiar with the area we were looking to reside in.Michelle's knowledge of the local area was amazing, and I always felt that she treated us with respect and took into consideration what a big deal it was for us to move cross country and find a home that fulfilled each and every one of our needs. She is QUICK to get back to you and always has your back!We bought our house site unseen and Michelle went out of her way multiple times to make sure our needs were met and that we felt comfortable with every decision along the way.Our family is so grateful for having met Michelle. She treated us like family and we will always come to her with our real estate needs in the future.Thank you Michelle!

We really believe that Michelle Rabon is the best realtor we could have chosen--she helped us with everything from deciding on a good listing price for our home of 30 years to helping us move on the last day. She was always available and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. Michelle offered great advice and solutions to any problems we encountered. We were very concerned because of all the horror stories we had heard about others selling their homes and the problems they encountered, often ending in deals that fell through. Michelle made this process go as smoothly as it could have possibly gone. We would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a realtor.

I highly recommend Ms. Michelle, she is smart, intelligent, and sold us a spectacular home. She will not only make your house buying experience smooth, but she will also make it FUN! She is an expert on the area, she responded to our calls & questions immediately, and got us the best deal we could get. She was also very understanding and went out of her way to find what we were looking for. Our recent purchase is our second home we've bought. I recommend her, and if not her, then some one from her agency. Thank you!
